By accessing or using the reCost Data Flow Service ("Service") provided by reCost.io ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
reCost Data Flow provides observability tooling for data lakehouses, including monitoring of AWS S3, Apache Iceberg tables, Delta Lake tables, AWS Athena, and AWS Glue pipelines. The Service operates using read-only access to metadata and execution logs in your cloud account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to:
Subscriptions are billed annually. You authorize us to charge your payment method for subscription fees. Refunds are not provided for partial periods. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.
The Service and its original content are the exclusive property of reCost.io. You retain ownership of all data in your cloud account. You grant us a limited license to access and process your cloud metadata solely to provide the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, reCost.io shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for material breach. Upon termination, your access will cease and your data will be deleted within 30 days.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
